Couch to Fit is a program for everyone!

Look forward to a welcoming environment that reduces stress, is extremely FUN, and provides an avenue for YOUR ongoing success and improves mobility. Participants will be motivated, ready to increase your energy and begin a journey to being stronger, faster, and healthier!



The 4-week couch to CrossFit program is delivered over 4 Saturday sessions starting on Saturdays at 10am.



Each session will be jammed packed full of knowledge, quality instruction, and FUN!



Together we will warm-up, learn skills, movement concepts, exercises, basic conditioning, and basic mobility.



One benefit of our program is that is can be scaled for anyone and everyone, regardless of experience or athletic ability. The only thing you’ll remember will be how much fun you have moving around and breaking a sweat!



After breaking down the movements and getting a short but fun workout in, we will also give you weekly homework and help you with recovery.

10 Pack KidFit (9-13 yrs) $99 • 10 visits •


KidFit Training- KidFit (9-13) Sundays at 1:00pm. Age 9-13yrs old. Focus on endurance & body weight movements in this age range. Each class includes a warm up, skill and workout of the day, followed by a cool down. Class size is limited, class usually run 45-60min. MUST RSVP 24 hours in advance. info@crossfitswportland.com

10 pack pass $100, expires 90 days from first use.


Prepay for 12 months 3x a week $1,440 • 156 visits • Enjoy 3x a week CrossFit at CFSWP or up to 12 visits a month for 12 months for $120 a month prepay for any regular CrossFit classes and get your 13th month free. You may freeze your plan for vacations, just give us at least a 3 day notice.
