After 6 week in our CF 101 classes you may go to any class on the schedule and know that the coaches will meet you where you are at
as they do now in those other classes and continue to work with you as they do to help you reach your goals.

For example: join us 3 days on and then take on day off. Or hit Sunday at 2:00pm for Olympic Lifting then stay for Mobility at 3:00pm and then hit the 4:00pm team WOD.

CrossFit: These workouts begin with a warm-up, mobility and stretching. They typically include skill and/or strength work, followed by a metabolic conditioning workout and a cool down. These classes run 60min.
